Refund Policy

2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.
If we are unable to fulfil a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the applicable payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after refund initiation for the amount to reflect in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
If the refund has not appeared after this period, please contact us with your order number and refund confirmation details, if available.
5. Original Payment Method
Where possible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Additional information may be requested if necessary to complete the refund securely.
6. Shipping Charges
The treatment of shipping charges will depend on the reason for the refund and applicable law. Any applicable terms will be communicated when the request is reviewed.
